About thirty minutes
A typical session runs about half an hour. The needles are hair-thin and single-use, most people feel only a slight sensation on insertion, then settle into something usually described as relaxing, sometimes even euphoric.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the foundation of care here, fine, sterile, single-use needles placed at precise points to calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, circulate oxygen and nutrients, and modulate immune response. It’s gentle enough to feel relaxing, and it’s the backbone of the more complex, chronic cases this clinic sees every week.
If you have never tried acupuncture, the needles are usually the whole question. Fair enough: they are hair-thin, single-use, and most people feel little more than a small pinch, then a surprising calm. If you have had acupuncture before and it helped a little, or not at all, your question is the opposite one: why would this time be different? Usually the answer is not the needles. It is the diagnosis behind them.
Susan’s acupuncture is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine and deepened by advanced certification. TCM is the time-tested framework of channels, patterns, and points that has guided acupuncture for millennia, and for most people it is where treatment begins. Her advanced certification extends that training to the cases a standard approach has not moved: dysregulated nervous systems, and treatment-resistant nerve and pain patterns.
How that training is applied is Susan’s call, made at your evaluation and revisited as your body responds.

Frequency and duration are set by your condition’s severity, history, and how you respond, never a one-size template. Plans run as a course of visits whose frequency steps down as your measured progress allows, and can step back up again if your response calls for it.
The evaluation maps your history and pattern before any needle is placed, and we tell you at the consultation whether yours is a case we think we can help.
Linked conditions below have a dedicated page with a full treatment plan; the rest are commonly addressed as part of a broader protocol.
Don’t see your condition? These are the ones Acupuncture fits most often, not everything we treat.
Acupuncture is just one of the therapies offered here. Susan will meet with you, evaluate your specific case, and determine whether you’re a candidate, and if you are, build a plan that draws from all of the clinic’s services to get you results in the shortest time possible.
Treatment plans here routinely combine acupuncture, ATP Resonance BioTherapy®, O3 ReBoot Therapy®, and AIT, whichever mix fits your case, not just the one page you happened to land on.
