Neck, Back, Shoulder & Knee Pain

Different joints. The same story: pain that rest never quite fixes.

The neck that locks up at a desk. The back that shoots pain down a leg. The shoulder that won’t reach overhead without a catch. The knee that grinds on the stairs. You’ve rested, braced, iced, and tried the medication, and the ache is still running your day. There is a different way to treat chronic joint and spine pain: treat the inflamed tissue and irritated nerves causing it, not just the symptom on top.

Why rest and rotation haven’t worked

What’s Happening

Different joint, same mechanism

A pinched nerve root radiating down a leg. A stiff neck that refers pain into a shoulder. A rotator cuff that catches overhead. A knee that grinds and occasionally gives way. The joints differ; the underlying pattern, inflamed tissue and irritated nerves that don’t resolve on their own, repeats.

How It Feels

The small defeats add up

Gardening you’ve given up. The top shelf you avoid. Stairs taken one at a time. Plans quietly rebuilt around which joint is flaring this week. It adds up to a life that keeps getting smaller.

Why It Matters

Rest and rotation aren’t treatment

Favoring one joint strains the next one over. “Give it time” is not a plan for tissue that’s already inflamed. You deserve direct treatment of the joint or nerve actually causing the pain, not a rotation of which body part you’re currently protecting.

The gap in standard joint & spine care

The standard playbook rotates through NSAIDs, a brace or splint, a cortisone shot, and a PT referral, treating whichever joint is loudest this month. What’s missing is direct treatment of the inflamed tissue and irritated nerve roots common to neck, back, shoulder, and knee pain alike.

Your Pattern

Four joints, four familiar patterns

We recognize the pattern quickly. What your case does with it is what the evaluation is for.

Neck Pain

Stiffness that starts your morning, tension headaches by afternoon, sometimes a tingling that runs into your shoulder or arm. Often driven by an irritated cervical nerve root and chronically guarded muscle that stretching alone won’t release.

Lower Back Pain & Sciatica

A stabbing ache that radiates down one leg, numbness in the foot, pain that shifts with sitting or standing. Usually a combination of an irritated nerve root and the muscular guarding that builds up around it.

Shoulder Pain

A catch lifting your arm overhead, an ache that wakes you at night, stiffness reaching behind your back. Rotator cuff, impingement, and frozen shoulder all share inflamed tendon or capsule tissue that needs more than rest.

Knee Pain

Grinding on the stairs, swelling after activity, a knee that occasionally gives way. Often active joint inflammation and instability that imaging alone doesn’t resolve.

One clinic, four familiar patterns, one tailored protocol

This clinic treats all four of these joint and spine patterns every week, and while the tissue involved differs, the underlying clinical logic doesn’t: inflamed or irritated tissue needs direct treatment, not just time.

The clinical logic: The acupuncture addresses the amplified pain signaling that keeps a flare going long after tissue should have calmed down, whichever joint it’s coming from. ATP Resonance BioTherapy® stimulates the cellular repair that overworked muscle, tendon, and nerve tissue need. O3 ReBoot Therapy® reduces inflammation and improves circulation to the specific joint, nerve root, or tendon involved.

How we work with your doctor

Nothing changes with your medications except through your prescriber. Physicians and physical therapists across Broward County send us the joint and spine cases that outlasted the standard playbook, and many patients simply send themselves.

You’re Not a Case Number

Your protocol, personalized

There’s no fixed number of visits and no generic timeline. Your treatment frequency, therapy mix, and program length are set at your evaluation and adjusted at every visit based on how you’re actually responding.

What shapes your plan

Severity & duration

How long you’ve had it and how far it’s progressed sets your starting intensity.

Your response

Visit frequency steps up or down based on your measured progress at each visit, not a preset week count.

Your goal

Symptom relief, or a return to the things you miss: we define the finish line with you, not for you.

Candidacy comes first: the evaluation determines whether the program fits your case; cost is discussed in person after that.

The Plan

Three steps, starting with the consultation

  1. 1

    $45 initial consultation

Tell us which joint, how long, and what you’ve already tried. We evaluate your case, including whether you’re not a candidate.

  2. 2

    Personalized protocol

A plan built around your specific joint, your imaging if you have it, and your goals. Progress is measured against your day-one baseline, not guessed, and the plan adjusts as you respond.

  3. 3

    Reclaim your life

Stairs, gardens, reaching overhead, a full night’s sleep, whichever joint gave it up.

What Free Feels Like

Reach for it without thinking

The top shelf, without the calculation.

Turning to back out of the driveway.

A morning where nothing has to loosen up first.

Untreated joint and spine pain compounds

Favoring one joint to protect it strains the next one over, a sore knee changes your gait, which strains your hip and back; a stiff neck changes your posture, which strains your shoulder. Left untreated, one joint’s pain has a way of becoming two joints’ pain. The earlier the actual tissue is treated, the less it spreads.

Neck, Back, Shoulder & Knee Pain FAQs

No, it helps. Imaging shows where the structural issue is; it doesn’t always explain why the pain persists. We use it alongside a physical evaluation of the nerve and soft-tissue involvement to build your protocol.
An adjustment addresses alignment in a single visit; physical therapy builds strength and mechanics over time. Our protocol uses acupuncture, microcurrent, and ozone therapy to directly treat inflamed tissue and irritated nerves, a different mechanism, and often a complementary one to both.
Cortisone can help short-term, but repeated injections, especially into a tendon or fascia, can weaken tissue over time. We take an approach aimed at repair rather than repeated suppression, and we account for any injections you’ve already had.
Often, yes. Much of the day-to-day pain comes from active inflammation and instability around the joint, which can still respond to treatment even when cartilage loss itself can’t be reversed.
Yes. Both are common presentations we treat regularly, and early treatment in particular can shorten what’s otherwise a long, self-limited course.
Posture is a factor, but pain that persists despite ergonomic changes usually involves nerve irritation and deep muscular tension that posture correction alone doesn’t resolve.
It complements PT rather than replacing it, and for many patients it can extend the runway before surgery is needed, or support function alongside a planned procedure. The consultation determines which applies to your case.
There’s no fixed number, and anyone who promises you an exact count before seeing you isn’t being straight with you. Most programs run as a course of visits rather than a one-off. Patients who respond typically notice their first changes during the initial intensive phase, with the pace depending on how long the pain has been present and what’s driving it. We’ll give you an honest read after your first visit, and a plan built around what we find.
